Overall, a great experience, and I left my carcinoma in a specimen bottle, safely away from me.

My most recent visit was a last minute work in.
I fell on a sharp object and needed immediate attention.

Everyone was friendly and professional, from the Receptionist to Dr. Sandwich himself. It was nice to see there are still some doctor offices that don't just "herd cattle"! I was pleased with last visit. Reasonable wait in waiting rooms. Very good patient care - little/no pain or discomfort in removing the skin cancer from head. I was not told of a follow up visit even though there are still 2-3 places that need to be removed. Pretty sure at least 2 others will need same treatment. Will call to inquire regarding next appointment. I may have missed instructions to schedule next appt. but I wasn't given an appt card for next appt.

They are very “patient friendly”. That means they’re attentive to what a patient needs and also tries to anticipate their needs. If they can. I am a paraplegic and had to go into a room that they didn’t use too much . They took the time to clean the room out and set it up so I could get in and get examined. I would say more, however, I am doing this voice to text in my mouth is getting dry!

Laura is a fabulous doctor. She’s very professional and never makes you feel rushed. Always takes the time to listen and adjusts treatment accordingly. Her back office staff are wonderful as well. The front office staff is less helpful. I called dozens of times for over two months before I was able to schedule an appointment. They never answer the phone and rarely call back if you leave a message.

The PA Laura Bush is a very kind soul. She is caring and compassionate and knowledgeable about my issues. She had to perform a biopsy today, and I didn't feel any bit of pain. She is the 3rd doctor I've seen for this issue and she is getting things healed a lot further than others. I would recommend this practice to everyone.
