She will take time to make patients feel comfortable and informed. I did not get the name of the young lady at the front desk, but she was also friendly and accommodating. Overall, a great experience, and I left my carcinoma in a specimen bottle, safely away from me.

My most recent visit was a last minute work in.
I fell on a sharp object and needed immediate attention.
Had I gone to the ER, or any other doctor, I'm not sure they would have handled my care better, or more quickly than Laura Bush did.
Not only did the PA work me in, she took care of me in a timely manner.
I later learned she was leaving early that day to catch a flight to DC. The fact that she saw my need, and worked me in immediately was above and beyond. Her knowledge is amazing.

I was pleased with last visit. Reasonable wait in waiting rooms. Very good patient care - little/no pain or discomfort in removing the skin cancer from head. I was not told of a follow up visit even though there are still 2-3 places that need to be removed. Pretty sure at least 2 others will need same treatment. I am a paraplegic and had to go into a room that they didn’t use too much . They took the time to clean the room out and set it up so I could get in and get examined. The PA Laura Bush is a very kind soul. She is caring and compassionate and knowledgeable about my issues. She had to perform a biopsy today, and I didn't feel any bit of pain. She is the 3rd doctor I've seen for this issue and she is getting things healed a lot further than others. I would recommend this practice to everyone.
